AVM were approached by Brownlow Fold Primary school, they required a PA system designed and installed into their main hall that could be used for music playback as well as to use wireless microphones with. They gave us the specification they wanted and the budget they had and we came back to them with a few different options. After Brownlow Fold chose their solution we went on to installation.

Russell Hobbs came to AVM with a simple problem, they were having issues with a large number of congested wires underneath their board room table. Not only was the tangle unsightly, but the connections for the connecting laptops etc. to the wall-mounted television were under the table and not easy to access. We gave them a number of possible options, all of which would have solved their problem just in different ways, after some deliberation we decided to utilise a supply plate that would fit into their table and have all necessary connections easily accessible from the plate. To solve the problem of the unsightly wires we decided to re wire the connections and use cable tidying equipment to ensure the cables were neatly connected to the supply plate.

AVM were asked to design a superior quality sound system for background music in the Pieminister cafe in Manchester they requested that the system would be of a high quality and fit in with the overall aesthetic of the cafe. They also requested that the playback could be from an iPad, this added a slight problem due to iPad playback being slightly below a standard line level

AVM were approached by Caludon Castle School who required a PA system installed into their school sports hall. They asked that the system be simply designed and easy for school staff to operate. A system comprised of a cloud CX261 single zone mixer with RSL6 Remote source selection device and Crown XLS Drivecore 2000 amplifier was added to their AV rack and the remote system fitted.

AVM were approached by Kirkintilloch Leisure Centre in Glasgow to, they required a new PA system for that could be easily installed into their facility. We liaised with the client to gain an understanding of what exactly they wanted. They required a system that would allow them control over specific areas of audio in their centre. We ran through the available options and eventually decided on a Cloud MPA240 Mixer\/Amplifier with RL-1 Remote module and Apart CM6T in-ceiling speakers. This system would allow them complete, simple control over different audio zones thanks to the Cloud mixer. The levels of audio could easily be controlled due to the addition of the RL-1 remote. The Apart CM6T speakers offer high quality audio with the added discretion afforded by ceiling speakers.

AVM were approached by the Leicester University, they required an amplifier that would have specific frequency reproduction capabilities and specific SPL output results for one of their halls. We liaised in depth with the university to gain a good understanding of all features they required from the amplifier so that we could help them source an amplifier that would truly fit their need.
