AVM Solutions offers a comprehensive support and maintenance service to ensure even after a setup we are there for you.
We do this by carrying out preventative maintenance to minimise the risk of any potential problems arising, as well as this we also offer flexibility which can enable us to cover unusual working hours. At AVM, we continue to provide our technical expertise, past the point of an install. Should you choose to take out a support contract with us, you will be provided access to our State of the Art Helpdesk system, where our experts can be put swiftly to action, should a problem arise with one of your systems.
Our support contracts are delivered with a SLA policy alongside a helpdesk system so that you are assured AVM will be on hand to fix any issues that may arise, which will be done in an efficient time that will minimise any downtime, allowing your business to run without interruption.
Various methods of support
Throughout your support contract you will always have the option to speak directly with one of our technical expert support technicians, as well as offering various methods of support, should one form of communication be unavailable to you.
With remote access technology and a dedicated team, resolving issues has never been easier. Should we be unable to resolve the issue remotely, or it require on-site work, you will be provided an engineer free of charge, in keeping with the SLA agreement you choose as part of the contract. There are three levels, Bonze, Silver or Gold, each of which provide different levels of response times and cover.
Even if you do not have a support contract with us, we still provide 1st line help on our helpdesk in order to help you get to the bottom of the issue. Should it reach the point of you requiring on-site assistance we will be able to quote you on costs for an engineer.
