University Meeting Room – Lancaster, UK

The client contacted AVM requesting an AV solution for their university meeting room. They required a screen that could be easily connected to a laptop or similar media device without a mass of cables or confusion.  A representative from AVM was a main point of contact for all enquiries from the client and recommended that the most suited AV equipment would most likely be an AV faceplate that would easily connect a laptop to their screen with little fuss. The faceplate would include a HDMI, VGA and Audio input to offer the client a few different option for connections.

After confirming the AV equipment and method of installation a highly trained engineer was dispatched to mount the screen and run the necessary cables to fit the AV faceplate. The work was completed in 4 hours. After the initial installation was completed the engineer tested the system to make sure that it was fully operational and working to the highest standard, a short demo was then given to the client so they understood how the system worked.
