TGG (The Genius Group) is a world-leading creative and digital marketing powerhouse specialising in lead generation, e-commerce, and the development of proprietary technology. Their sustainable growth in head count resulted in them needing more space, and a reset in their technology strategy.
The Brief
TGG had outgrown their current space, and their meeting and collaboration spaces were difficult to use and didn’t encourage collaboration and connection. Claire and the team had clear ambitions to create a meaningful destination to ensure that the team could focus on creativity and productivity, while creating spaces for fun and connection. Every detail mattered, and this was clear from the very first meeting.
What AVM did
We worked with Claire and Dan, consistently throughout the early ideation and specification phases. This allowed us to understand the pain points, what didn’t work currently and most importantly there was a clear vision for what good looked like. It was all about creating a simple, unified approach to technology across all their spaces. We also helped introduce some ideas for their kitchen/shared social spaces, including the implementation of the Dartsee interactive darts system. Clare and the team were open to any ideas and relied on our expertise having helped many other similar customers create spaces for collaboration but also social connection.
