Roland’s odyssey into the world of AV began over two decades ago as Account Manager for Worldwide Conferencing Ltd, which would evolve into the largest audio-conferencing provider in the UK.

During this period, he developed a keen eye for the technology he was surrounded with and branched out into a hybrid role as a Solutions Architect and Lead Engineer, responsible for project managing substantial conferencing rollouts for major clients such as De Beers Group and The Diamond Trading Company (DTC).

Going on to work at Infocomm, Niad and Orion AV, Roland has built an impressive portfolio of repeat, trusted clients, including contractors, architects, consultants and IT managers, operating within the Corporate, Retail, Leisure, Education and Public sectors.

Roland joined AVM in 2016 and brings with him years of indispensable expertise crucial to the continual success of the company – forging iron-clad relationships with leading clients, augmenting our esteemed support service to new heights, and conceptualising and delivering some of our most courageous solutions.

Understanding the audio-visual world like the back of his hand, Roland is an indelible asset to the team and the clients he serves daily. Combined with a deep technical knowledge (LifeSize, Clearone, WolfVision, Projection Design, Polycom Pro, Barco, Crestron, Cisco Telepresence), his solutions remain at the leading edge of the industry.

A man of simple pleasures, Roland is a huge motor racing fan, loves seafood and is partial to a cup of Bovril.
