Campfield is a next generation workspace, based in a fully refurbished building with a unique history and heritage as a Victorian Market Hall. The updated building combines managed workspaces, offices, meeting rooms, event spaces and a cafe and bar area.
The site is powering progress with a technology and creative campus in the heart of St Johns in Manchester. Spanning over 130,000 sq ft, the building is home to tech, media and creative businesses.
Our team had to work closely with the team at Campfield to overcome some of the challenges a listed building has to face. Keeping the spirit of the building and using technology to compliment the space was at the heart of the design, and each component was carefully considered. Creating a thriving workspace from a building of this magnitude and style will always be a challenge, but ultimately the most rewarding thing is that people can celebrate the space and enjoy it for years to come.
What AVM did
At this incredible site, AVM solutions installed a Bespoke LED wall, with multifunctional capacity for Digital Signage and Presentation, Background Music with added Sound Masking technology for co working spaces and Meeting Room Solutions for seamless virtual collaboration. Everything has been designed for simplistic, functional control for the ease of the user.
