AVM Solutions were approached by a leading global brand in optics and imaging products, who requested a complete audio visual system, including video conferencing, for one of their boardrooms. They had a number of requests for their solution, all of which we took into account along with their budget to offer them the following solution.

After initial consultation with the client AVM recommended the best and most suitable equipment needed for the system which included a ceiling mounted projector with a pull-down screen, 2 video displays with integrated camera, a video conferencing codec control unit, a twin track flip-chart and also a table mounted input module with a faceplate containing full AV and power connections for maximum connectivity.
AVM then installed the full system to the client’s exact specifications which included recessing the input module into the boardroom table for easy access and fitting with a cover for when not in use. Also requested was the option of the flipchart to be movable so AVM fitted it onto a twin track so it could slide along the wall and behind the projector screen if needed. Finally all of the system was fully set up, connected, calibrated and tested to the client’s wishes. The client was also give a brief demonstration on how to use their new system.
