AVM Solutions appoints Alpesh Unalkat as Non-Executive Chairman to support next phase of growth
Bolton, Greater Manchester — AVM Solutions, the consultancy-first AV and smart building technology company, today announces the appointment of Alpesh Unalkat as Non-Executive Chairman. Alpesh joins to support AVM through its next chapter of ambitious organic growth across the UK and internationally.
Alpesh brings more than two decades of board-level experience and a track record of building, scaling, and exiting profitable technology businesses. He is a Founding Partner of New Game Plan, a scaling studio for founders and business leaders of high-potential companies, established in 2020 with offices in London and Antwerp. Previously, he was Founder and CEO of Aura Futures, a private equity backed workspace technology integrator that grew to 140 employees serving 600+ enterprise partners across 69 countries.
His direct experience scaling a workspace technology business gives AVM something rare: a chairman who has lived the journey AVM is on, in the same sector.
The appointment marks an important step for AVM, which has grown organically since its founding in 2008 without external investment. The company has set ambitious growth targets for the years ahead and is building the leadership, operational maturity, and commercial discipline needed to deliver them.

Alpesh joins AVM at a point where the company is investing across its UK headquarters and other locations including London, its India operation, its DigiSpace smart building platform, and its support and managed services capability. His role will focus on strategic direction, governance, and supporting Krishan and the leadership team as they build the foundations for the next phase.
