Bruntwood is a multi-site property developer and landlord, offering world class facilities at many sites across the UK. With over the 6 million sq ft they feature serviced office spaces, flexible working lounges, laboratories, retail outlets and community spaces, Bruntwood leads the way in creating spaces that break the mould.
The Brief
AVM Solutions were asked to consult with Bruntwood to create a ‘best in class’ business lounge for the buildings occupants. Set on the 14th floor of the development, the suite offers unique views over the city. The idea was to create a space that was flexible, for events and townhall style meetings with large groups whilst allowing for local and virtual presentations.
What AVM did
Setting a tone in these spaces is fundamental. Creating an environment that people feel comfortable, and relaxed is key to the success of a project. All of Bruntwood’s social spaces need to feel like a 5* hotel lobby, so installing Background music, digital signage and the facilities to host presentations in person and online (as simply and easy to use as possible) whilst utilising the latest AV equipment made sure the space has the ‘WOW factor’ which the leading corporate spaces need.
