AVM were asked to install a 2×2 video wall in the reception area at the Phones4U Academy site, Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. They requested that the video wall would be big enough to fit into a pre cut recess and also be able to display digital sigange throughout the day. We ran through the available options with the phones4u academy before they finally chose the following solution.

The completed solution was installed by a team of AVM engineers who arrived at the academy to mount the 4 Samsung UE55C commercial video wall displays inside the pre cut recess. Wiring was then installed along with a BrightSign XD230 digital signage player. BrightsSign are well known for their extremely robust players that can display content for an extremely long time. Atlona technology was also installed to allow the content to be distributed evenly through each screen to create one solid picture. After al the equipment was fitted and all the necessary cables were ran, our engineers tested the system and made sure it was configured correctly. Once the the testing and configuration was complete the staff at the Phones4U arena were given a brief demonstration of how to use their new system.
