Aaron has been the Lead Project Engineer at AVM since 2016. Prior to this he worked as a freelance AV engineer for 10 years as well as running his own digital signage business.

He is responsible for coordinating our installation teams when on-site. As well as this, he ensures that all equipment and kit is tested and configured off-site prior to attending site to ensure a more streamlined delivery of the installation.

He has a solid ability to work with and lead our installation teams, understanding the customer requirements and the quality criteria that need to be met. His attention to detail and his emphasis on quality control ensures that installations are delivered to the highest of standards. Aaron also is responsible for delivering the end-user training.

Aaron takes lead on many large-scale installations for the roll out projects AVM carries out.

Ensuring all projects are prepared and delivered to our extremely high standards, and that the process is made as easy as possible for every client, Aaron possesses both an incomparable technical knowledge of the industry itself and the people it serves.

Outside of the office, Aaron is a member of a Motorcycle Club and spends his spare time raising money for local charities.
